JP Morgan Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in-branch, delivering hospitality and financial guidance to clients. You will build and retain relationships, understand financial needs, and connect clients to appropriate banking solutions with a consultative approach.

You will need 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within regulatory requirements. Some weekends/evenings may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and risk compliance.
• Must complete required training and meet regulatory obligations.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and provide attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain banking products and technology solutions (Chase Mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs) to clients.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in daily work.
