Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED, or foreign equivalent; regulatory licenses required within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Learn products quickly and consult with the team on specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
