Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63) and Life licenses are minimum; licensed candidates preferred.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult effectively and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
