Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring solutions.
• Ability to work within risk/compliance guidelines and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person and by phone to strengthen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Explain banking solutions and connect clients to technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Hours include weekends and some evenings as required.
