Job summary

WSFS Bank's Personal Bankers will build relationships by understanding customers' financial needs, educating them on products, opening new accounts, and submitting loan applications. They handle teller transactions, resolve service issues, and promote digital banking while following policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have at least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• One year of previous banking experience is required.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior consultative sales experience is required.
• Must have a proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Must have a proven ability for attention to detail.
• Ability to use and learn multiple banking and software programs.
• Must have proven, excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers regarding financial needs and recommend products and services.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance.
• Promote the Bank's digital banking services and assist with teller transactions.
• Process transactions in a timely, accurate, and friendly manner.
