WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build relationships, open accounts, submit loan applications, and promote digital banking products.

You will guide customers through financial needs with in-person interactions and occasional outbound calls, handling teller transactions, and ensuring precision in processing everything from deposits to transfers. The training period lasts 4–6 months to equip you for ongoing success.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• One year of banking experience is required.
• Cash handling experience is required.
• Prior consultative sales experience is required.
• Ability to market Bank products and services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers regarding financial needs and suitable products.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance.
• Promote the Bank's digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and process various transactions accurately.
