Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build relationships, open new accounts, and assist with loan applications. You will educate customers on financial products, perform teller transactions, and promote digital banking services.

Training spans 4-6 months to ensure stellar service and branch growth. The role is full-time with a rotating weekly schedule, including Saturdays, and offers base salary with incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Face-to-face customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Prior sales experience required.
• Must have proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Prior banking experience preferred.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess ability to market Bank products and services.
• One year of previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Assist Customers with teller transactions.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests.
• Promote the Bank’s digital banking services.
• Provide product and service recommendations to customers.
• Work with customers via in-person interactions and outbound calling.
