Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, educate customers on financial needs, and promote digital banking services. You will handle teller transactions, meet regulatory requirements, and support outbound calling to cultivate relationships.

Training spans 4–6 months with hands‑on classroom experiences, followed by a full‑time schedule (Mon–Fri 8 AM–6 PM, Sat 9 AM–1 PM). Competitive base salary plus incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to market Bank products and services.
• One year of previous banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers and promote the Bank’s digital banking services.
• Resolve customer service issues and handle account maintenance.
• Assist Customers with teller transactions and process various transactions efficiently.
