Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build relationships, open new accounts, and guide customers through loan applications. You will educate customers on banking products and promote digital channels through in-person outreach and calls.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and sales skills, with a 4–6 month training program across multiple offices. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary, incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to market Bank products and services and learn banking software.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions in a timely, accurate manner.
• Build relationships through in-person and outbound calling efforts.
