Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker who will build relationships with customers, open new accounts, and assist with loan applications. You will educate customers on financial products, guide them through banking options, and promote digital banking tools.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and consultative selling skills with a focus on accuracy and friendly service. Training is provided over several months.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of banking experience.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers about financial needs and recommend products.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Promote WSFS Bank’s digital banking services.
