WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build trusted relationships with customers, open new accounts, and assist with loan applications. You will educate customers on digital banking and handle teller transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You'll complete a 4–6 month training program covering banking software, referral techniques, customer service, and relationship building to grow the branch’s customer base.

Formación

• Face-to-face customer service experience required.
• One year of banking experience required.
• Prior consultative sales experience required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to market Bank products and services.

Responsabilidades

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Educate customers on digital banking services and perform teller transactions as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues and handle account maintenance requests.
• Maintain accuracy and courtesy in all customer interactions.
