Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build strong customer relationships, open new accounts, and guide customers in utilizing our digital banking tools. You will handle teller transactions and support loan applications, delivering proactive service with enthusiasm and accuracy.

The role includes a 4–6 month training period across banking offices, with a rotating schedule and 2–3 Saturdays per month. A base salary is offered with incentive opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• One year of previous banking experience is required.
• Must be enthusiastic with customers and personable.
• Retail sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Able to use and learn multiple banking software programs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to market Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and account maintenance.
• Promote and educate on WSFS Bank’s digital banking services.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and timely service.
• Support training and ongoing learning during the 4–6 month program.
