Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to build lasting relationships with customers, open new accounts, and process loan applications. You will promote digital banking and provide accurate, friendly service in a busy retail setting.

With at least one year of face-to-face customer service and cash handling experience, you will thrive on accuracy and enthusiasm. This full-time role includes training and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have at least one year of face‑to‑face customer service experience.
• Previous cash handling experience is required.
• Prior sales experience is required.
• Must have a proven ability to work with customers in an enthusiastic manner.
• Previous experience in a retail sales environment is strongly preferred.
• Must have proven, excellent customer service skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Educate customers on financial needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance requests.
• Promote digital banking services and assist with teller transactions.
