Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts and submit loan applications while guiding customers to secure their financial futures. You will assist with teller transactions and promote the Bank’s digital services, building relationships through in-person interactions and outbound calls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Face-to-face customer service experience required (1+ year).
• One year banking experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Consultative sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to market Bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform account maintenance as needed.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and promote digital banking services.
• Engage in outbound calling and relationship building to expand the branch customer base.
• Complete training during a 4–6 month onboarding period to apply knowledge.
