Job summary

WSFS Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to open new accounts, guide customers to financial solutions, and promote digital banking services. You will handle teller transactions and support loan applications while upholding regulatory standards and exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ year of face-to-face customer service and banking experience, with strong communication and attention to detail. This full-time position includes a rotating schedule and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of face-to-face customer service experience.
• One year of banking experience required.
• Previous cash handling experience.
• Prior consultative sales experience.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess the ability to market Bank products and services.
• Retail sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and submit loan applications.
• Resolve customer service issues and perform maintenance requests.
• Promote and educate customers on digital banking services.
• Assist customers with teller transactions and processing.
