Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to deliver high-touch service, build lasting client relationships, and offer tailored financial solutions with the latest banking technology. You will manage clients, meet face-to-face and over the phone, educate on Chase Mobile App and digital tools, and collaborate with the team to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Meet risk, compliance, and training requirements.
• Licenses: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and offer solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
