Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to welcome clients, provide attentive service and explain banking solutions in our branch. You will use digital tools and in-branch processes to open accounts, assist with transactions, and guide customers toward financial goals while upholding regulatory standards.

In this role, you’ll build trusted relationships, collaborate with the branch team, and deliver a seamless client experience through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment, managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet clients' goals.
