Qualifications

• Strong problem solving with attention to detail and compliance.
• Willing to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Consult with clients, understand needs, and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
