Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to deliver hospitality and support clients by leveraging modern banking solutions. You will cultivate meaningful client relationships, understand financial needs, and offer tailored recommendations to help make clients' lives easier.

You will engage through in-person and phone interactions, learn products quickly, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, including weekend/evening hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Meet risk and regulatory requirements, including training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage with clients to understand needs and build trust through consultative communication.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
