Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker for its branch network. You will represent the brand with hospitality, manage client relationships, and utilize banking tech to tailor financial solutions that fit client needs.

You’ll collaborate with specialists to address complex financial situations while ensuring compliance and risk controls are met. The role emphasizes delivering memorable client experiences, leveraging Chase Mobile App and ATMs, and building trust through proactive, knowledgeable

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
Operate within risk and regulatory requirements, including training.
Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.
Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
Communicate clearly to understand and meet clients’ needs with trust.
Educate clients on technology solutions like mobile app, Chase.com and ATMs.
Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions with experts.
Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
