Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related fields with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to work within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Must have high school degree or equivalent and licensing through JPMorganChase if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Explain banking solutions and connect clients to our team of specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements and leverage digital tools to assist clients.
