You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailoring financial solutions to address needs and simplify lives.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; obtain within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, in person and by phone, to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulations quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
