Chase is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker to embody hospitality and empower clients with tailored financial solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain relationships while leveraging Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking experiences.

The role requires sales experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends. Training covers regulatory requirements and licensing through internal programs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor product and service features to clients’ needs.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and smooth experience.
• Work within risk parameters and complete required training.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust.
