Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with strong listening and consultative abilities.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations; completion of required training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are required or must be obtained within 180 days.
