Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and edge in technology-enabled banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, selecting thoughtful financial solutions to meet their needs.

You will work in a branch, following regulatory requirements and leveraging Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATMs to serve clients. Training and licensing requirements apply, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related sectors.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor recommendations.
• Excellent communication both in person and by phone.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required or pursued.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet regularly in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor services.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust, asking questions and listening.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
