Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking with proven client acquisition.
• Strong communicator able to tailor product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work hours include weekends and some evenings as required.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6 and state registrations required or to be obtained within 180 days.
• Education: high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Explain products and tech solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with teammates.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
