Qualifications

Ability to schedule, prioritize tasks and work independently.

Responsibilities

Provide everyday banking services and assist clients with basic account needs.
Engage clients in meaningful conversations and refer to specialists as needed.
Serve as hospitality ambassador, guiding traffic and delivering high-touch service.
Process transactions accurately within policy and risk guidelines.
Educate clients on products and digital tools to enhance convenience.
