Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, guiding traffic and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Perform everyday banking transactions accurately and efficiently while deepening client relationships.
• Educate clients on products and self-serve options and refer to specialists when needed.
