Qualifications

• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients in any setting (volunteering, education, military, etc).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, concise and clear.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, prioritization, and independent work skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and handling inquiries, issues, and referrals.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador, delivering a high-touch client experience.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach and appointment scheduling for consumer account needs.
• Ensures compliance with policies and risk controls in all interactions.
