The role requires 1+ year of client-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Notary license preferred but not required; MS Office proficiency expected.

Formación

• Requires at least a high school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year experience working with clients in a service role.
• Notary license preferred but not required; ability to learn and adapt.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist clients with everyday banking needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Advise clients on basic TD products and connect them to specialists as needed.
