Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (can include volunteering, education, military).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and referrals.
• Deliver everyday banking and basic consumer account maintenance with a high-touch client experience.
• Communicate product options clearly and guide clients to suitable solutions.
• Educate clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Demonstrate hospitality and help manage client flow at the financial center.
• Operate within financial limits while handling a broad range of transactions.
