Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary license preferred.

• Serves as hospitality ambassador, delivering relationship-driven service.
• Creates personalized client-first interactions to build trust.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities.

• Advocates for clients with integrity and a long-term perspective.
• Completes training and contributes to a positive work environment.
• Takes accountability for outcomes and participates in performance activities.
• Collaborates with team to support TD’s client experience goals.
