Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
