You will develop proficiency in consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending, while executing branch leads and driving qualified sales and referrals as directed by management. The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with readiness to work at multiple market locations and adhere to risk and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
Make appropriate recommendations in selling and cross‑selling Bank products and services.
Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants using branch tech.
Handle routine teller transactions and other operational tasks as per policies.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Follow risk management guidelines and comply with regulatory requirements.
