Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good data quality practices.
• Proficient PC skills and basic office software.
• Experience in a related banking position preferred.
• Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and services.
• Sales and customer service skills are essential.
• NMLS Identifier preferred but may be required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Leverage sales leads and outbound calling for referrals.
• Recommend cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by management.
• Incorporate FNB digital products in customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
• Handle routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Perform related duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to risk management and company policies.
