Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of client-facing experience, and basic cash-handling skills. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience OK).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow (in-person and phone) and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Acts as hospitality ambassador delivering relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs; deepens opportunities.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness for compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
• Completes required training and participates in performance and development activities.
