Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify needs to improve the customer relationship.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial recommendations and solutions to customers in person and over the phone.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Encourage use of digital and mobile banking tools and services.
• Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking on complex needs.
