Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, helping customers with financial solutions and building relationships through trusted advice. You’ll guide spending, saving, borrowing and investing, while promoting digital banking and collaborating with Wealth Management and Mortgage teams.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Recognized ability to strengthen relationships with teammates, business partners and specialists through collaboration.
• Self-motivated, confident and ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work branch hours, which can include weekends and evenings.
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and obtaining NMLS identifier.
• Video interview assessment after applying; complete within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and tailored solutions to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Promote digital and mobile banking channels and app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams.
