Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a branch associate who will act as the face of the branch, building lasting relationships through trusted financial guidance. You will advise customers on financial solutions, including planning for the future, home purchases, and credit options.

You’ll promote digital banking tools and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to address complex needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven success in building relationships and cross-selling products.
• Proficient in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Must complete video interview after applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted advice and financial solutions to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking tools.
• Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
