Job summary

Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, devoted to helping customers with trusted advice and building lasting relationships. You’ll guide clients on spending, saving, borrowing and investing, and introduce them to digital banking solutions via our app and ATMs.

You’ll collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams, make outbound calls to grow the customer base, and schedule financial checkups to fit each client’s evolving needs.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience with track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve customer relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products through in‑person and phone interactions.
• Skilled in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements including pre‑employment checks and NMLS ID.

Responsibilities

• Provide sound financial advice and tailored solutions to customers.
• Assist customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options (apps and ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams to handle complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and set financial checkups.
