Citizens Bankers are the face of the branch, building lasting relationships by providing trusted advice and financial solutions. This role focuses on helping customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs, using strong communication to identify goals and tailor recommendations.

You’ll introduce digital banking options and work with partners to address more complex financial needs, while meeting branch hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with financial solutions and advice.
• Ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital banking and app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
