Job summary

Citizens Bankers at Citizens deliver trusted advice and build lasting relationships with customers, helping them plan for the future, buy a home, or open a new credit card. You’ll introduce digital and mobile banking and work with partners to address more complex needs.

You’ll make outbound calls, schedule financial checkups, and ensure compliance with cash handling and regulations while delivering friendly, solution oriented service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and relate them to suitable products.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Compliance with SAFE Act pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options.
