Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships and referring products and services.
• Proficiency with digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Collaborative mindset with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment screening and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and recommended solutions to customers.
