Citizens Financial in the United States is seeking a friendly, customer-focused branch banker to help customers with financial needs and trusted advice. You will build lasting relationships by understanding goals and offering tailored solutions.

You will use strong communication and problem-solving skills to recommend products across spending, saving, borrowing and investing, while guiding customers to digital tools and coordinating with specialists.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting/exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs to strengthen relationships.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products/services in-person and by phone.
• Experience using digital tech to support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and solution delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, partners and specialists.
• Self-motivated, confident, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks and NMLS ID.

Responsabilités

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions (spending, saving, borrowing, investing).
• Help customers plan for future goals (home, education, etc.).
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking channels (app, ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and local/state regulations, including cash handling.
