Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and recommending/referring products and services.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to problem solve and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to multitask and work with teammates and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Acquire new customers through outbound calls and schedule financial checkups.
