Job summary

Citizens Bankers is seeking a customer-focused associate to help clients with daily banking needs and long-term financial goals. You will advise on spending, saving, borrowing, and investing while introducing customers to digital banking tools.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships and collaborating with specialists across Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to address varied financial needs. Weekend/evening hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success with building relationships, and recommending and referring products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support the delivery of business goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and transactional needs.
• Provide recommendations across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking tools and assist with apps/ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
