The role emphasizes problem-solving, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach, with hours that may include weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED is required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to strengthen the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and referring products through in-person/phone interactions.
• Digital technology skills to support business goals.
• Problem-solving aptitude to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated with multitasking ability.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Must comply with SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions for customers across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Assist customers and guide them to digital and mobile banking solutions (app/ATMs).
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Follow all financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
