Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience, meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success in building relationships and recommending products in person or by phone.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Ability to work with teammates and partners across branches.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the branch and provide trusted financial guidance.
• Recommend financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Support customers with digital and mobile banking tools and services.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking teams as needed.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all bank policies, including cash handling and regulatory requirements.
