Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a personable branch associate to help customers with essential financial decisions and develop lasting relationships. You will identify needs and offer suitable financial solutions, while guiding customers to digital banking tools via our app and ATMs.

Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams to meet broader needs, and engage in outbound calls to attract new customers and schedule checkups.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions, identify needs and build relationships.
• Proven ability to reference products and services through in-person and phone interactions.
• Skills in using digital technology to support business goals.
• Aptitude to solve problems and provide solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and complete pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Represent the branch as the friendly face to customers.
• Provide recommendations and financial solutions across spending, saving, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
