Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify customer needs.
• Proven ability to build relationships and refer products/services.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Problem-solving aptitude to provide customer solutions.
• Strong collaboration with teammates and partners.
• Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability.
• Flexibility to work hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pass pre-employment checks.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.
• Cash handling experience (preferred).
• Chinese language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Help customers with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Introduce digital/mobile banking options and guide transactions.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and procedures including cash handling and compliance.
